As May rolls around, we're changing things up and taking our monthly ride to the pavement. In preparation for our upcoming OSTT race, we'll take to the slopes of Mt. Tam with a figure-eight loop that includes the Bo-Fax climb.
To evade peak traffic, we'll meet at AC at 7:00 am for a 7:15 departure, then cruise north to Mill Valley to climb Marion and arrive at Four Corners. From there, we'll continue on Panoramic up to the Pantoll Station before descending to Stinson Beach. A swift spin north along Highway 1 will bring us to to the Bo-Fax climb, and the perfect opportunity to test the legs leading up to the race.
Once we get to the top, we'll head back south over Seven Sisters and then make a second visit to Stinson Beach via Panoramic. This time though, we'll go south and follow the rollers down the coast to get back to AC HQ. All in, some 48 miles and 5,400ft of iconic Marin County roads.
The ride is free, though spots are limited, so RSVP today via the link below. And while you're here, don't forget to register for our Officially Serious Time Trial on June 26.
