Using modern additive manufacturing (3D printing) of titanium with custom filament-wound carbon tubing, Bastion has created a process to blend the best characteristics of each material with an impressive level of control in how the final ride quality is tuned. In keeping with Bastion’s singleminded focus on pure engineering and design, each bike goes through comprehensive quality testing and analysis before heading to finishing and before departing to the lucky recipient.
