Everyone has a pre-ride routine. Ours, like most riders, includes chamois cream. And for many cyclists, that's where skincare starts and ends. But riding outside can take its toll on your skin, so looking after more than just your saddle comfort is a pretty good idea.
A few years back, after realizing our favorite chamois cream contained a long list of harmful ingredients, we decided to create a small skincare range for our own use. Skincare that kept us in good shape for the ride and the rest of the day. At the time, we didn't even consider making it available to anyone else. We just wanted something we could feel good about. Before too long, we'd formulated not just chamois cream but body lotion, activity wash, and deodorant (because driving back from a race feels much better when you're fresh). And what was meant to be a shop secret quickly became a cult following as pro-athlete friends heard about our project and pestered us for a jar or two of chamois cream because "everything else sucks." Fast forward to today, and after setting up production right here in California, we're proud to release our small-batch collection of clean cycling skincare to all riders for the first time.
