CUSTOM BIKE SALES CONSULTANT
Overview
This is an inbound and outbound consultative sales role that requires close collaboration with your colleagues and other stakeholders.This role is for the person who has a proven luxury retail or B2B sales track record and is looking for an opportunity to join a high-performance, results-oriented, socially-conscious culture.
On the day-to-day, your responsibility is to drive custom bike sales. In this role you will collaborate closely with our Sales Director, our Project Manager and our Service Team. You are responsible for cultivating relationships with discerning clients, assessing their cycling needs, and delivering an unparalleled buying experience. Your expertise in everything related to high-performance cycling, combined with your ability to engage, consult, educate and close high-value deals, will make you a key player in our team.
Some international travel to exciting destinations is required!

- Love sharing your obsession of cycling with others.
- Learn on your feet, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

Roles & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients.
Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets by providing personalized consultations and an exceptional purchasing experience. The sales cycle can range from 2 weeks to 2 years or more!
Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our bike marques, customization mechanisms, and product compatibility and performance specifications.
Master the Customer Experience: Continue to push the boundaries of the AC Custom Bike Experience to consistently out-do ourselves in delivering an aspirational concierge level service combined with an authentic cycling grit experience.
Prospecting & Networking: Develop new business opportunities through events, referrals, and networking both on and off the bike.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on updates to models, new model launches, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
After-Sales Engagement: Ensure client satisfaction beyond the sale by facilitating follow-ups and ongoing brand loyalty and repeat purchasing.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Commensurate with experience: 90-130k (base + commission)
