We love what we do. It's an absolute privilege to build some of the world's most beautiful bikes for people from all over the globe. Every bike tells a unique story and inspiration can come from anywhere.
For Jorge, his inspiration came straight from none other than Tadej Pogacar and his Colnago TT1 Time Trial bike from last year's Tour de France. When he asked us to replicate the champion's bike we had our work cut out for us. We wanted to build it as close to Tadej's bike as possible with an AC twist, of course.
Cockpit: Thanks to our partners we were able to source the exact same Sync 3D Titanium Printed Aero Extensions that Pogi uses as well as the Darimo TT1 seatpost.
Drivetrain: We used Shimano's Dura Ace groupset combined with an SRM power meter, CarbonTi chainrings, and our usual bits from CeramicSpeed, including an Aero OSPW a coated BB, and finished things off with the rotors from Galfer and pads from Absolute Black.
Wheels: We used the same AeroCoach AEOX Ultra Orbit Carbon Disc rear wheel as Tadej. For the front we purchased a set of Enve 7.8 wheels and rebuilt the rear rim to a DTSwiss 180 front hub for maximum aero.
When some of our partners found out about the build, they had Tadej sign a jersey as a gift.
