The Yokto 4550 is Tune’s most radical expression of a lightweight aero road wheelset. It’s built around a singular idea: reduce everything that doesn’t directly contribute to speed.
The rim profile is deliberately split—45 mm front, 50 mm rear. Stability where it matters, aerodynamic gain where it counts. Paired with a 25 mm internal width, the platform is optimized for modern road tires without overreaching into all-road territory.
At the center is the Yokto hub system. Ultra-light, high-tolerance, and built around a minimalist 40-point engagement freehub. It’s not overbuilt. It’s precise. That distinction matters.
What sets the Yokto apart is the spoke system. Carbon-wrapped CX-Super spokes reduce weight and increase stiffness, but come with constraints. This is a system that prioritizes performance over universality. It rewards a considered build.
Hooked rims keep things grounded—secure tire interface, full compatibility, no pressure limitations.
