Description

The lightest wheel Tune has ever built, at 1180 grams, using their new patented carbon-spoke hub interface.

Carbon spokes need to run straight from hub to rim or they pick up stress they weren't designed for. Tune's new Nano CS hub solves that with a ball-milled spoke-hole geometry that lets the spoke head settle into the rim's actual angle instead of forcing it into a fixed slot. On the 35, both front and rear rims run asymmetric, prioritizing stiffness over the aero gain a symmetric front would offer, since rim depth alone doesn't provide much stiffness at this height. Spare carbon spokes ship with the wheel, and the hub internals are compatible with Tune's existing Nano and Micro platforms for service.

This is the wheel for someone chasing the lowest number on the scale who still wants the wheel to feel precise once it's loaded.
