Frameset
A Sarto Raso with the brand's proprietary seat post, fork and bar/stem combo, finished in satin-silver with clear over carbon for the post, bar/stem and headset topper/spacers.
Drivetrain
We opted for Shimano's new(ish) Dura-Ace Di2 disc group with SRM's Dura-Ace specific Origin power meter crank with a titanium 24mm spindle.
Cockpit
Cast your eyes on the 'standard' Sarto Raso cockpit. Although, to our eyes, there's nothing standard about it - the bar/stem combo perfectly matches the frame aesthetically and functionally.
Wheels
An Italian custom carbon fibre frame deserves the best. So for the wheels, we looked to Lightweight's Fernweg model in 63mm depth, Schwartz edition. And to meet the road, we shod them with the Extralight version of Rene Herse's Stampede Pass tires, paired with Pirelli Smartubes.
Details
This bike was a shop favorite from the off. Between the Porsche 550 Spyder-inspired grey, the black components and wheels, and the frame's classic-meets-modern aesthetic, this is a bike that commands attention.
