Details
Assos took the UMA GT bib short and pushed it into GTV territory, the top of their endurance line. This version is all about comfort on real, long days: smoother compression, a better-shaped waist, their plushest women’s insert, and a bib-release system that actually works.
The new waist uses a lighter, more elastic textile that wraps the body without that “tight band across the stomach” feeling. The insert gets a full redesign with two layers of high-density foam and specific support under the sit bones. Up front, cut-outs reduce bulk so the chamois can move with you instead of folding against you.
The magnetic bisiClick release system is the part people talk about, simple, secure, and genuinely useful mid-ride. If your rides regularly stretch past the point where most bibs tap out, this is the Assos option built to stay comfortable the entire way.
