Are you a driven sales person who is obsessive about cycling? This role is for the person who has a proven retail or B2B sales track record and is looking for an opportunity to join a high-performance, results-oriented, socially-conscious culture. This is a business-building career opportunity.

We are looking for a sales person whose specialty is to serve as a sherpa for our clients in their journey within the sport of cycling. In this position your focus is on bringing in new bike-sale business as well as expanding adoption of our products/services among our current client base. Your superpower is relationship building and getting to know your clients’ fears, frustrations and desires surrounding the sport. You will be well versed in the how and why of our curated bike offering. This is an inbound and outbound sales role that requires close collaboration with your colleagues. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This position is about driving revenue to the company, and upholding the AC brand.

  • Use a consultative selling approach with our clients
  • Have a “no task is too small” attitude
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities within our CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Service Gain a complete knowledge of AC offering, history and spirit
  • Be available to travel to visit vendors and/or clients
  • Be in close communication with vendors about product & process
  • Work closely with in-house team on best aesthetic and performance spec for client dream bikes
  • Actively work to help hone and improve our bike sales process


  • Be more than passionate about cycling: be obsessive about the sport
  • A minimum of 10 years of recent sales experience in high-end retail or B2B
  • Amazing communicator with the power to influence people
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Desire to live and be the brand’s message in your own approach to the sport of cycling
  • Comfort with the use of a CRM tool
  • Mastery of analytics to improve work flow and sales processes
  • Comfort with MSFT Excel, interested in use of productivity/project management tools
  • Fast learner


Commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position.
