On the heels of a sweet OPEN, Day three shows off a bike much more at home on the blacktop. The Piazza paint scheme on this Duende was one of the two last paint schemes that Dario designed so we didn’t have enough time to build this in a lot of different configurations. But this one, built with the brand new Campagnolo 12 speed Super Record group would have been hard to beat. Throw in a set of the newer, wider Lightweight wheels wrapped in Vittoria rubber and this bike is really starting to stand alone. 3T’s new cockpit finishes up the bike.
We are definitely looking forward to the next chapter for Pegoretti frames, but for now we’ll just enjoy some of Dario’s finest.
