Description

The Mosaic GT-1 is a true standout from the field with custom front triangle butting, internal brake routing, a myriad of finish options, and ENVE's relatively new GRD carbon fork. The GRD is revelatory for the GT-1, giving a much lower ride height versus a comparable cyclocross fork. The result is a front end that's easy to get on top of for technical road descending and quicker handling.

Built around 12mm thru-axles, the Mosaic GT-1 is as stiff as it is flexible, and the indefatigable titanium construction defies both the elements and mishaps. The GT-1 is based on Mosaic’s road-going RT-1, using the same rider-specific custom-butted titanium top and downtubes, and smaller diameter S-bend seatstays for comfort during marathon events like the Belgian Waffle Ride and Dirty Kanza.

Winter bike? Gravel racer? Bikepacking? With Mosaic, the possibilities are indeed endless, with a litany of frame options, from fender/rack mounts, pump pegs, and bespoke paintwork. Internal brake/shift routing is standard, and a 44mm oversized headtube makes room for the GRD's tapered steerer. All of Mosaic's raw ti finish options are available at no charge, and custom paint is also an option. Every Mosaic GT-1 that leaves Above Category is custom-built for the individual, with geometry and tubeset choice based on your answers to our questions about your riding style, current bike setup, riding/racing aspirations, and biomechanical dimensions.

AC Advice

The GT-1 (IAR) is at home on an impressive variety of terrain. I've taken it countless trips over the last twelve months, smashed endless intervals, and set it up in multiple wild configurations. From the twisty, tarmac switchbacks of the Dolomites, to the rugged, loose gravel at Crusher in the Tushar in Utah, to fully fendered winter training rides through NorCal's atmospheric rivers, my GT-1 IAR has been my most consistent and reliable training partner
