ONE is the result of years spent refining airflow, rider position, and handling balance across projects like HANZŌ and Ostro VAM, then applying those lessons. From the first build it was clear this bike was designed with intent, not tradition, and every line exists to manage air before it ever becomes a problem.
What stands out most to us is how cohesive the whole system feels once on the road. The front end looks extreme, but it delivers calm stability in real conditions, especially in crosswinds where the bayonet fork and chin fairing do more than cut drag. They control where air goes next. The first ride confirmed what the numbers suggested. ONE climbs better than expected for a full aero platform, settles into high speed corners with confidence, and rewards riding it fast, which is exactly what this bike was built to do.
The cockpit and geometry deserve special mention. ONE accommodates modern race positions without forcing compromises elsewhere. Narrow bars, long reach, forward saddle positions all feel natural here, not like workarounds. The decoupled handlebar system allows us to dial fit precisely while preserving consistent steering geometry across all sizes, something we rarely see executed this well. Even in blustery conditions and on deep wheels, the bike remains predictable and composed once you understand its character.
After the first ride, our team described ONE as surprisingly versatile, and that stuck with us. This is a bike that unapologetically prioritizes speed, yet it climbs, descends, and handles well enough that it could realistically be a rider’s only road bike.
