Description
Pegoretti's Love #3, launched in 2006, has always been an Above Category favorite. Fifteen years on from building his up, it's still our co-founder Chad's go-to bike. Why? Because it's fast, fun, and goes like heck. An aluminium frame that can win races and drive the paceline on the weekend. Smooth and aggressive in equal measure, adaptable to all who ride it.
The Bottega's newest iteration of the Love is called the New Love #3. In many ways, it's very much the same frame, respecting the original's killer feel, but boasting a larger diameter headtube of 43mm, up from 39mm on the original. The more oversized headtube makes the bike stiffer and, in our opinion, sits better with the rest of the frame's Columbus Alloy tubing.
The New Love #3 still comes with a custom Pegoretti x Chris King headset like the original model, but now it's a D19 - a new collaboration between the Portland bearing giants and Pegoretti, designed to fit the frame's updated dimensions.
Like every Pegoretti, New Love #3 includes a custom Pegoretti x Chris King headset, Pegoretti Falz carbon fibre fork, and finishing accessories.
