This week we get to show off a classy and brilliant Sarto Raso. A while back, this client purchased a Sarto Seta Plus from us and loved it. When it came time for something new, this was the easy transition. With a wonderfully simple aesthetic and top of the line kit, it’ll be hard to come up for a reason for any sort of upgrade for a long time.

As mentioned earlier, this is the Raso, Sarto’s all custom, modern example of an all out, high performance race bred machine. The frameset consists of the frame (duh), fork, headset, bar/stem, made in house seatpost and bottle cages. We swapped out the cages for some of our favorite Arundel’s and upgraded the bottom bracket and thru axles to titanium. The frame was finished in a beautiful shade of Navy Blue with Silver accents.

This bar/stem is standard on most of our Sarto builds and comes from an Italian Manufacturer while the seat post is made in house by Sarto. Worth adding is that for the weight weenies out there, Spanish lightweight carbon gurus, Darimo, now make a bar/stem and post that work with this chassis.

Wheels are the still hard to get Lightweight Meilenstein ART’s which we covered with some fast rolling Tufo tires and set up tubeless.

JF went with the SRAM Red group which in enhanced with Ceramicspeeds UFO derailleur pulleys and bottom bracket. Pedals are from Time and as is standard with our builds the chain is stripped and waxed.
We’re really digging the paint on this one. There is something about a single colored frame, especially when it looks this good. As is always said, as good as it looks here it is so much better in person and while the build is top notch as you can see, all we really paid attention to was the how much the color set the tone for this entire bike. More of these please.
