On day eight we're serving up something you might not have seen yet: a purple and bronze No22 Reactor that holds it down for the road bike purists. Voted in by Brennan, this titanium dream machine proves that rim brakes are here to stay.
"This bike stood out to me in many different ways, but a big reason for why it is an extra special one is the relationship I developed with Josh throughout the months leading up to the bike being built. I thoroughly enjoyed the detailed correspondence with Josh and I was so stoked to see the bike once Robert had built it up. The purple to gold anodized fade No22 did on this Reactor was remarkably eye-catching, making this frame my favorite one of theirs I have seen come through the shop. I loved the way the frame’s finish turned out, as well as the complete build itself. When Josh came to pick his new bike up from the shop in Sausalito, I had the pleasure of joining him for a ride to celebrate his maiden voyage on the Reactor. This ride with Josh was a great way to tie the experience together and show him some of my favorite local roads.
